other than that, eating to my heart's content and drinking my daily doses of dairy helps a whole lot nowadays with sadness and low...ness of the spirit xDD I think milk is my best friend...food-wise. MIIILLLKKK. Beautiful white liquid!~ I can never get enough of that stuff it's so great.
